PWB Law offers a fresh take on legal services. We offer strategic, practical, hands on solutions to businesses. Our clients are generally smaller to medium sized companies looking to go to the next level. We work with our clients to implement processes, clarify business objectives and grow their business.

We also offer concierge legal services, similar to concierge services offered by doctors, working with companies on a fixed fee basis, so they don’t have to do a cost/benefit analysis before calling their lawyer. They can just call us for input in all their business decisions.

Many of our clients are companies that need regular, ongoing legal support but do not want to hire a full-time in-house lawyer and find law firms too expensive, not versed in practical, decision making, and not fast enough at responding to their day-to-day legal needs. We provide impeccable corporate counsel services at a fraction of the cost of hiring a full time general counsel or relying on law firm counsel.

Paula has a broad breadth of experience in all aspects of law, issues and transactions affecting small and large, private and public, companies. Paula has extensive experience with regulatory compliance, corporate governance, corporate finance, commercial transactions, day-to-day operations and human resources, across many different industries.

Paula acts as strategic counsel, advising emerging growth, development stage, and middle market companies. In addition to working with companies on their transactions, Paula works with companies to organize their infrastructure, clarify their goals, simplify their processes and thereby free up time and energy to focus on productivity and growth.

A corporate and securities attorney by trade, Paula has worked in large law firms and in-house at companies, advising private and public companies in the software, technology, biotechnology, financial technology, manufacturing, internet, digital, consumer electronics and apparel industries.

Paula is a practical, business savvy lawyer and a creative problem solver. With years of experience working in house at companies, she offers business solutions from a legal perspective.
